ABOUT SAMANTHA
Samantha Burgess is an entrepreneur, strategist, and host whose work centers on building ventures, initiatives, and environments that bring people together and create lasting impact. Through both business development and community-focused projects, she focuses on long-term growth — not just activity, but outcomes that endure.
BUILDING & GROWTH
Working alongside her husband, Johnathan, Samantha plays an active role in developing and scaling their advisory enterprise, helping shape the systems, infrastructure, and partnerships that support expansion across multiple offices. Her focus is on the operational and strategic elements that allow a firm to grow sustainably — from team development to client experience to the broader ecosystem surrounding the business.

Beyond the firm itself, she is deeply interested in how organizations scale, how leaders build durable institutions, and how thoughtful systems create stability over time.

HOME & LIVING
At the same time, Samantha believes that meaningful work is inseparable from the environment in which it takes place. Through her Living section, she shares the spaces, traditions, and everyday rhythms that shape family life — from hosting and interiors to travel, style, and seasonal moments.
Her approach to home is not performative but intentional: creating places that support rest, connection, and continuity in the midst of busy professional lives.

INITIAVTIVES & COMMUNITY
Samantha’s community work centers on organizing high-impact fundraising efforts that bring people together to support families in need. Over the past two years, she has hosted formal charity galas, coordinating sponsors, donors, and attendees to raise meaningful support for charitable causes.

In 2026, she will host the Greenville Benefit Auction, a large-scale fundraising event designed to expand this impact through community participation, corporate sponsorships, and auction contributions. These events reflect her belief that generosity is most effective when it is organized, well-executed, and sustained over time.

Her role spans both strategy and execution — securing partnerships, overseeing logistics, and ensuring that resources raised translate into tangible assistance for those served.
